SAINT AUSTIN CATHOLIC PARISH

Kincannon Studios was hired to lead a team of restoration engineers, designers, and contractors. The team performed a façade and structural assessment for the Church, Tower and Rectory buildings. A Survey of Existing Conditions was the first phase.  The second phase followed, and outlined alternative restoration plans for the systemic failure of corroding structural components.  A comprehensive investigation was important because the deteriorating conditions involve an interplay of architectural design, structural integrity and constructability issues.
