FIRE WITH GRAPES

This fireplace is for a residence in Austin, and is made of two types of limestone. One darker than the other, so that the small pitched, courses of dark limestone alternates with large ashlar courses. The delicate carving is of a thick bramble of grapevines with birds, and even a small snake nestled within.
